How We Work Together
$200 one-time fee. Diagnostic check required if you have an active QuickBooks Online account to get a clear look at your books before we dive in. Includes a detailed findings report for you to keep. Credited back if we move forward.
Starting at $400, I provide QuickBooks Online setup for new users or light “catchup” up for existing accounts. This includes a custom chart of accounts, receipt integration, bank syncing, and automated GPS mileage tracking. Ongoing services include reconciliation for 2-4 accounts, financial reports by the 15th, and unlimited email support.
Client Responsibilities: To keep my services affordable and focused, you manage the hands-on daily tasks like invoicing, inventory, bill pay, and payroll. This allows me to focus purely on ensuring your data is clean and tax-ready.
Tax Collaboration: I provide the verified data; you or your designated tax professional will handle the final filings.
Communication & Support: I prioritize security and organization through a digital-first workflow. All requests are handled via email for a clear paper trail, while sensitive documents are exchanged through a secure Dropbox. I provide a 24–48 business hour response window and offer easy scheduling via my Calendly link to find a time that works best for you.
